MELT Monday for Low Back

Love your Life - however it looks.  It’s Valentine’s Day month of celebrating love and connection - it must be Connect & Beyond’s month!

We do PT differently here!  We work 1:1 for an hour each visit to build a program for you wherever you are and however your life looks.

I love to think of us as professional courage builders as well.  We can build muscle and improve function for sure. With our experience and expertise, we help you build the courage to try new things and set new goals. The root of the word courage is cor – the Latin word for heart.  In this month of love and all things heart, join us on your courageous journey.

Here are some opportunities to team up!  For a full schedule, look at our Beyond classes!!
