Let's Spring Forward with Beyond

It’s time for Spring Forward this weekend, and we made it through another Oregon winter!  To get you ready for those wonderful outdoor and warmer weather activities, join us for a class or pop in to see one of our clinical team if something finds you in need of a little ‘tune-up’. 


Here are opportunities to team up!  For a full schedule, look at our Beyond classes!!


1. MELT Monday: Upper Body Restore is Monday, 3/11, at noon with Kim Reis.


2. Flow Yoga - Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 AM with Jessica Day.

  • For linking your breath and movements to settle the nervous system while building strength, stability, and space in your body.

3. Mobility Flow - Thursday at 7:30 AM with Andrea Fastenow

  • A flow class focusing on breathing and easing into the day with intentional stretching and strengthening.

4. Tai Chi for Better Balance Program - Wednesday and Friday, 10-11 AM with Jim Dalton.

  • Always open to newcomers! And drop in anytime to refresh your skills! Learn more. 

  • Suggest an 8-10 week participation to acquire the skills for improved balance.

5. QiGong: Exploring Movement, Exploring Stillness is on Wednesdays at 11:15 AM with Jim.

  • Principles of Active Relaxation, Strength Training, and Structural Integration.
