Prehab For Surgery:
 

Your Physical Therapist will do a detailed assessment of your joint mobility and strength in order to design a customized program that will both mentally and physically prepare you for a successful surgical outcome. Heading into surgery all tuned up will help with your recovery!

 

Prehab For Life: 
 

Your Physical Therapist will work closely with you to evaluate what your goals are and how to prepare for the future, while preventing pain and injury.  In addition to having an individualized training program, you will have a partner who will stick with you to achieve your goals.
