Payment:
Check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Your care is our top priority. We think following a plan of care is important, but if you need to cancel a visit,  we ask that you give us 24 hours notice.  Without 24 hour notice a $100 fee may be charged.
