We’re shaking off the winter doldrums and ready for all the wonderful outdoor activities we love! This preview of warmer days ahead is the perfect time to set some plans for being prepared to swing the golf club, pedal the bike, and dink the pickleball.
This winter, I read a superb book by Katy Milkman titled How To Change: The Science of Getting from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be. Katy discusses fresh starts, clean slates, reset moments, and creating habits that stick. One concept that stuck with me is ‘Our expectations shape our outcomes.’ this is like I think I can, I think I can. But thinking isn’t always enough!
When we have a nagging issue or difficulty, it's hard to know what we are capable of. Meet with one of our team members, and together, let’s set obtainable expectations and outcomes for you!
Let’s make a fresh start together! For a full schedule, look at our Beyond classes!!
