Personalized Assessments

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your health, strength, balance, posture, and functional mobility to determine the right intensity and progression for your needs.

Certified Practitioners

Our clinicians are trained/licensed to deliver ONERO™, ensuring safety and effectiveness.

Evidence-based Outcomes

Studies show that with ONERO™, ~86% of participants increase spinal bone density, and ~69% increase hip (femoral) bone density.

Improved Functional Health

Beyond bone density, ONERO™ enhances posture, balance, strength, and reduces fall risk — helping you stay active and independent.

Long-term Safety & Monitoring

Ongoing supervision, periodic reassessments (e.g., at 12 months) to track bone density, functional improvements, and adjust your program.

What to expect in the program?

Our ONERO™ Instructor

Andrea has a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine, with 30 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and certified athletic trainer. She has built a diverse career, initially working with Division I athletes at three different colleges, where she supported their strength and rehabilitation programs, including return-to-sport protocols. She has also worked in hospital-based clinics, private orthopedic clinics, and inpatient skilled nursing settings. Andrea has treated a wide range of clients, including collegiate and high school athletes, as well as older adults. As a physical therapist, she emphasizes proper technique, stabilization and mobility exercises, and the gradual, progressive overload of the musculoskeletal system to promote safe and effective strength training. She knows how to teach strength and balance to different age groups, tailoring the approach to their unique needs.

Why Andrea endorses Onero:
  1. Onero is a scientifically validated exercise program proven to increase bone density and reduce fracture risk, which is particularly vital for clients with osteopenia/osteoporosis.

  2. Onero bridges a “clinical gap” - many clients diagnosed with low bone density are told to “be careful”, but have not been given clear instructions on how to do this. Onero provides that clinical gap with a program I trust clinically.

  3. To empower people with a diagnosis of low bone density.

  4. Research for Onero is solid, backed by strong clinical evidence. It aligns with my values.

Usually, there are supervised sessions twice a week, with progress made over time. Some version of home-based or supplemental work is possible.

  • How soon will I see changes?
Clinical research suggests measurable improvements in bone density, posture, strength, and fall risk often occur within 9-12+ months of consistent training.
