"My initial evaluation of my problem was thorough. I was given the opportunity to describe the issue and how it affected my daily function. The assessment was described and a plan made. Each exercise was demonstrated and I was given an opportunity to try it. Written descriptions were given to me for each exercise. I have worked with the therapist before and have a good rapport with her. This is an excellent clinic and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it!"

"Connect and Beyond is EVERYTHING.
My therapist actually spent every appointment with me in a private room with doors that shut, giving me the benefit of her undivided attention. She did NOT double and triple book my appointment, limit her time with me or hand me off to other staff. She asked all the right questions, read about my history, and reviewed prior imaging.
She focused on me as "the whole patient," and she encouraged me more than once to ask for specific imaging from my reluctant physician. She helped me find my voice and gave me the confidence to advocate for myself.
My insistence led to additional imaging and, finally, a diagnostic outcome I had been seeking for over three years. She also provided me with new exercises that helped to lessen the intensity of my chronic pain. In three months, she changed my life forever. I am so grateful! This place and its providers go above and beyond the standard of care.
