As activity picks up this time of year, we’re not only talking about preparing your body — we’re also offering new ways to support it.
Here’s what’s new and starting soon:
New Offering: Manual Lymphatic Drainage
We’re excited to introduce Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Jessica Day, LMT.
This gentle, specialized treatment supports your body’s natural lymphatic system — helping reduce swelling, support recovery, and promote overall circulation and healing. It can be especially helpful after surgery, during times of inflammation, or when your system feels “stuck.”
Jessica brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to her work, combining clinical understanding with a calming, supportive presence.

New Courses Starting Soon
As part of moving from repair into restore, these upcoming courses are designed to help you build strength, awareness, and confidence in your body.
Strength 2.0 Series (Starts April 6)
Led by Andrea Lairson, PT, ATC, Strength 2.0 is designed for those who have completed the 1.0 series and are ready to progress.

The focus is on building capacity, resilience, and confidence in movement — not just continuing exercises, but advancing them with intention.
Dates: April 6 – April 30
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 AM
P.S. Andrea will be taking some well-deserved time off in May. Strength 1.0 will return in June—more details to come.
