Whether you’re preparing for outdoor activities like gardening, hiking, swimming, or simply looking to improve your overall mobility, we have two exciting class offerings designed to support you.
New Session: 8 Steps for Better Balance
We are pleased to introduce an additional session of 8 Steps for Better Balance, a Tai Chi-based program focused on stability, posture, and coordinated movement. This 12-week sequence is designed to reduce the risk of falls through gentle, mindful movement backed by years of scientific research.

Wednesdays & Fridays
11:15 AM – 12:15 PM
Open to all experience levels
This is a brand-new session, making it the perfect time to start fresh. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, enhance mobility, or build confidence in movement, this class is a great foundation.
Keep Moving with Essentrics
For those looking for a different approach to movement, Keep Moving with Essentrics is another fantastic option. This unique workout blends ballet, Tai Chi, yoga, and dynamic stretching to activate muscles, hydrate connective tissue, and improve flexibility. Designed to help you move with ease and feel stronger, this class offers a full-body workout that supports mobility and joint health.
