MELT Join us in the studio on Monday, September 9th, from 12:00 to 1:15 PM. Kim’s focus will be to help us restore legs, hips, and core. We supply all the things you need. MELT is an awesome self-care system where you can gain independent take-home skills. Learn more about MELT: Lower Body Edition, then sign up online. Come and release your ‘stuck stress’.
