Important Update Regarding Our UHC Network Status

Dear Connect & Beyond Community,
We want to keep you informed about an important change that may impact many of our patients. The network through which we have held our in-network provider status with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) is terminating its contract, effective April 1, 2025. As a result, our in-network agreements with UHC and UMR will also be affected.
What does this mean for you?
There will be a 90-day transition period from April 1, 2025, to July 1, 2025, during which we can continue to provide care under our current in-network status with UHC.
We understand that insurance changes can be overwhelming, and we are actively working to assess the impact on our UHC and UMR-insured patients. Right now, we are focusing on gathering the necessary details to ensure we can guide you through this transition smoothly.
