After taking May off from leading her Progressive Strengthening courses, Andrea Lairson, PT, ATC, will be back this June with both a Strength 2.0 and 1.0 Hybrid Course.
Strength Foundations - Starts June 1st
This Strengthening Course is a hybrid of our Strengthening 1.0 and 2.0 series — designed to support both those newer to strength training and those who have already completed Strengthening 1.0 and are ready to continue progressing.
Led by Physical Therapist Andrea Lairson in a supportive small-group environment, this course focuses on building confidence, improving movement quality, and safely increasing strength through progressive exercise and individualized guidance.
Throughout the series, participants will work on:
Core engagement and stability for lifting and daily movement
Improving shoulder, hip, and low back stability
Increasing mobility through the thoracic spine/mid-back
Learning and refining foundational movement patterns including the hip hinge and overhead press
Strength training using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, trainer barbells, and progressive resistance
Building and solidifying technique with bench press, deadlift, squat, and overhead press movements
This hybrid format allows newer participants to learn foundational skills while offering returning participants opportunities to refine technique, build capacity, and continue progressing strength safely and confidently.
This course is a progressive series and must be signed up for, purchased, and attended together. Please do not drop in.
Dates: Monday, June 1 – Thursday, June 25
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 AM
Cost: $200 for the full series (8 progressive classes)
Class size is limited to just 6 participants and is expected to fill quickly, so we encourage you to register early.

We’d love to have you join us!
