Course Updates: Strength 1.0 and 2.0 Return in June

After taking May off from leading her Progressive Strengthening courses, Andrea Lairson, PT, ATC, will be back this June with both Strength 2.0 and Strength 1.0.
Strength 2.0 - Starts June 1st
Led by Andrea Lairson, PT, ATC, Strength 2.0 is designed for those who have completed the 1.0 series and are ready to continue progressing their strength safely and confidently.
Dates: Monday, June 1 – Thursday, June 25
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 AM
Cost: $200 for the full series (8 progressive classes)
Class size is limited to just 6 participants and is expected to fill quickly, so we encourage you to register early.

Strength 1.0 - Starts June 29th
This 4-week progressive strength course is designed to help you build confidence, improve strength safely, and continue restoring your body beyond traditional rehab.
Dates: Monday, June 29 – Thursday, July 23
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 AM
Cost: $200 for the full series (8 progressive classes)
Again, class size is limited so we encourage you to register early.
