Andrea Lairson, PT, ATC
Physical Therapist | Vestibular Specialist | Accredited Onero™ Practitioner Strength Training Instructor

Andrea brings a strong foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, along with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience in their movement.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Training from Indiana University, where she worked with Division I athletes supporting strength and rehabilitation during return-to-sport programs. She went on to complete her Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami and has since developed a diverse clinical background working in hospital-based orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
At Connect & Beyond, Andrea works with a wide range of clients—from athletes returning to activity to active adults looking to move better, stay strong, and maintain long-term mobility. Her clinical work emphasizes proper technique, stabilization, mobility, and the gradual, progressive loading of the musculoskeletal system to build strength safely and effectively. She also has a strong interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
In addition to her work as a physical therapist, Andrea teaches strength training classes in the Beyond studio and leads our ONERO® bone health program. Her background as a clinician allows her to identify movement patterns and guide participants toward corrective strategies, helping them build strength with proper form and confidence.
