Class Details:
 

  • 45-minute classes, drop-in classes

  • Must have completed Strength Courses 1.0 and 2.0

  • Barbell Lifts: Deadlift, squat, overhead press, bench press 

  • Kettlebell workouts for the whole body 

  • Improve strength and determine one rep max and work towards 65-85% 1 RM

Our Strength Instructor

As an athletic trainer, Andrea worked with Division I athletes, supporting their strength and rehabilitation programs during return-to-sport protocols. She completed her master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami and has since built a diverse career in hospital-based orthopedic and sports medicine settings. Andrea has treated many clients, from high school and collegiate athletes to active adults. As a physical therapist, she emphasizes proper technique, stabilization and mobility exercises, and the gradual, progressive overload of the musculoskeletal system to promote safe and effective strengthening.
