Rabekah brings extensive experience in operations, human resources, and small-business management, with a career spanning healthcare, wellness, and the creative industries. She has led organizational growth and transformation across a variety of settings, with a focus on building strong teams, optimizing systems, and creating environments where both people and practices can thrive. She holds a BA in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and a Certification in Human Resources Management from UC Berkeley.
At Connect & Beyond, Rabekah leads operations across the full team—clinical, administrative, instructors, and billing—while also shaping communications and marketing to ensure the Connect & Beyond experience feels clear, consistent, and aligned.
She is committed to operational excellence, with a focus on clarity, accountability, and thoughtful systems that reduce friction for both providers and patients. Her work helps create an experience—from first interaction to discharge—that feels supportive, seamless, and aligned with the clinic’s values.
Outside of work, Rabekah enjoys spending time with her partner, traveling, and expressing creativity through cooking, gardening, and crafting. She also loves art, music, and dance, and values time to reset and recharge with a change of scenery.
Favorite Vacation Destination: Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand (so far) — with Ibiza, Spain next on the list.
