Liz Finley, MSPT
Physical Therapist | Myofascial Specialist

Liz’s path into physical therapy began when she was an injured All-American swimmer in college, where her own rehabilitation sparked an early interest in sports medicine and movement recovery. Over time, that interest evolved into a clinical passion for helping people resolve chronic pain and complex spinal conditions so they can return to the activities they enjoy.
Liz uses a combination of gentle manual therapies and progressive exercise, working with the body’s natural healing mechanisms to restore efficient, pain-free movement. Her training includes Neural Manipulation, Dynamic Manual Interface (DMI), Visceral Mobilization, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Strain-Counterstrain, Lymphatic Drainage, and Muscle Energy techniques. These approaches use minimal force to create lasting changes that the body can integrate and sustain.
She is also certified in Complete Concussion Management, using evidence-based protocols designed to reduce persistent concussion symptoms and support safe recovery. Liz has additional experience working with individuals with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, including addressing related conditions such as POTS, MCAS, and dysautonomia.
In her clinical approach, Liz focuses on meeting each person where they are and helping them build the capacity their body needs to move well again. She views pain and dysfunction as signs that the body’s ability to adapt has been exceeded, and works to identify and address the key restrictions that may be limiting strength, resilience, and freedom of movement.
Outside the clinic, Liz enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband through travel, kayaking, hiking, and camping. She is happiest near the water, while her husband gravitates toward the mountains—making the Pacific Northwest an ideal place for both.
Favorite Vacation Destination: Too many to choose — Liz loves exploring new places and feels there are still many destinations left to discover.
