Kjersten has been part of the Connect & Beyond team since 2014 and plays an essential role behind the scenes, supporting the operational systems that help the practice run smoothly. As Revenue Cycle & Compliance Operations Lead, she works primarily behind the scenes, helping navigate the complexities of insurance, billing processes, and healthcare compliance so the clinical team can stay focused on patient care.
Over the years, Kjersten has developed deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and the many moving parts involved in supporting patients and providers. She is known for her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to helping resolve issues that arise along the way. Her work may not always be visible day-to-day, but it plays an important role in helping Connect & Beyond deliver a smooth, accountable experience for both patients and the team.
Outside of work, Kjersten’s favorite role is being a mom. She’s also a loyal fan of her boys and their schools — Go Vols and Roll Tide!
