As a yoga teacher and massage therapist it is truly my passion to help others feel more at home in their bodies and the experience of being a human. Using breath, movement, and ayurvedic principles I strive to offer an experience that leaves people feeling more grounded, open, and focused at the end of their time on their mat. You can expect to find an emphasis on mindful movement and breath in my classes. It is a joy for me to help people find ways to make the physical practice of yoga work for their bodies, and I love using modifications and props to help achieve this. The first class I taught was in 2016 and I have since attended over 800 hours in yoga training, ranging from yin and yoga nidra meditation to yoga inspired HIIT, striving to use this wide range of knowledge to create classes that are accessible, fun, and create lasting change in one's life is my greatest passion. 


At home my partner and I have two tiny fur babies, Chomper and Rex the ferrets, that I absolutely love doting on and talking about. I’ve got about a billion pictures, let me know if you want to see them. I adore spending time with my family and friends, being outside is the best, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t make time to read a book. I can't wait to see you in the studio!
