Jessica Day, LMT, MLD-C, 500 E-RYT
Massage Therapist | Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner | Yoga Instructor

Jessica integrates therapeutic bodywork and mindful movement to help people reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. She graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts in 2015 and has completed extensive yoga training, including more than 800 hours of yoga teacher education, since beginning her first teacher training in 2016.
As a massage therapist, Jessica offers individualized therapeutic massage designed to reduce tension, relieve pain, and support overall well-being. Her work blends thoughtful, attentive bodywork with a calm, nervous-system–supportive approach. In addition to traditional massage techniques, Jessica also offers Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) — a gentle, rhythmic treatment that stimulates lymphatic flow and can help reduce swelling, support immune function, and ease inflammation.
In the studio, Jessica teaches Slow Flow Yoga, where she guides participants through mindful movement designed to build balance, strength, and ease while helping the nervous system settle. Her classes draw from yoga traditions and are influenced by Ayurvedic principles, encouraging students to explore movement safely while developing confidence and comfort in their bodies.
Across both the treatment room and the studio, Jessica’s goal is the same: to create a grounded, supportive environment where people can experience more ease, openness, and connection within their bodies.
Outside Connect & Beyond, Jessica enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and relaxing at home with her tiny feline companion, Freya.
