Cindy brings warmth, attentiveness, and a natural ability to connect with people to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at Connect & Beyond. Often, the first voice patients hear or the first smile they see when they arrive, Cindy helps create a welcoming, supportive experience from the very start.
Before joining the team, Cindy built a career centered around service and connection. She spent more than two decades as a hairstylist, where she developed strong relationships with clients while honing her listening skills and attention to detail. She also spent four years as a flight attendant for a major airline, where adaptability, calm communication, and thoughtful care were essential to creating a positive experience for travelers. Cindy first discovered Connect & Beyond as a patient, and that experience inspired her to join the team and help support others on their own health journeys.
In her role, Cindy takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for while keeping the clinic's day-to-day running smoothly for both patients and providers. Her calm presence, curiosity, and genuine desire to help people feel at ease contribute to the welcoming environment that Connect & Beyond is known for.
An Oregon native, Cindy enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking local trails, swimming in the Pacific Northwest’s refreshing waters, or simply soaking up time with family and friends. She is a devoted wife, proud mom to a son who followed in her aviation footsteps as a pilot, and a doting dog mom to Maverick, her ever-stylish sidekick. Cindy also channels her creative side through a small business designing elevated yet practical pet fashion accessories.
