Join us for a 4-part weekly series designed to introduce you to the transformative benefits of the MELT Hand & Foot Treatment. Each week, you’ll learn a new technique that helps reduce pain and tension, improve mobility, and restore your body’s natural balance. Along with hands-on instruction, you’ll gain an understanding of how and why MELT works and receive simple “homework” to reinforce your new skills. By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools to create daily self-care habits that support a healthier, more resilient you—one step and one touch at a time.
