While she has specialized in pelvic floor physical therapy for over 20 years, Natalie is also experienced in treating orthopedic conditions, including the spine, low back, hips, and related movement dysfunctions. She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 1998 and has spent most of her career in outpatient settings, treating orthopedic and pelvic health conditions.
Natalie has specialized in pelvic health PT for over 20 years, treating pelvic floor dysfunction in people of all genders. She has completed extensive pelvic health training through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has also served as a lab assistant for APTA pelvic health specialty credentialing courses. In addition to this specialized training, Natalie has pursued continuing education in orthopedic care, manual therapy, and myofascial techniques.
Her clinical work includes care for a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, blocked ducts, and post-operative rehabilitation following gynecologic or prostate surgeries.
Natalie believes that effective care begins with carefully listening to each person’s full story. Her approach is holistic, individualized, and evidence-based, integrating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, and Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging (RUSI) to support meaningful and lasting improvement. She is passionate about helping clients better understand their bodies, build awareness and intention in movement, and find practical strategies that fit into everyday life.
Outside the clinic, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs. She loves skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, traveling, gardening, long walks, and getting lost in a good book.
