Justine earned an Undergraduate degree in Pre-Med Physiology before earning her PT degree in 1991.
Justine has worked in all Physical Therapy settings: outpatient/Sports Medicine, Hospital inpatient, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy wellness, locum tenens, and Concierge Physical Therapy practices. Before joining Connect PT, Justine was the Therapy Clinic Director at Marys Woods.
Justine has designed and taught community-based pathology-based exercise and movement classes for Low back pain, and Osteoporosis.
Justine is an Orthopedic NeuroMotor Manual Physical Therapist. She treats all types of injuries. She uses a holistic approach to multifactorial patient injuries and syndromes. She enjoys treating persistent patient symptoms. Her international success as a sprinter and hurdler (Track and Field) parlay well into her Physical Therapy specialty areas of movement and muscle re-education, gait analysis, and gait training, and posture correction. She is a specialist in Myofascial Release. Justine has a primary commitment to precise communication, and to patients being successful in their interactions with the healthcare system.
Justine is a collage artist, writer, musician, and swing dancer, who enjoys running and taking Advanced Pilates classes. She enjoyed playing competitive soccer in her youth.
She values her volunteer work in the Arts, Justice, Journalism and Sustainable Agriculture sectors, and as a volunteer photographer assisting musicians and Farmers Market vendors with their social media marketing.
